Almost 1000 hectares of farmlands and forests in Fusing area have been maintaining the integrity of natural ecology whilst preserving the historical culture. However, the industrial policies caused agriculture to gradually decline. Soil and Water Conservation Bureau actively counseled farmers on the reconstruction of farms, and transformed them into the splendid countryside with high leisure quality.
Available in this area are 30 or more farms and cafes, as well as the local natural ecosystem that can satisfy diversified recreational demands. Here, tourists can enjoy the serene, refined rural life and scenic spots, and capture the superlative scenes of great nature, mountain, sea and flowers. Even more, one can have the personal experience of creation and taste as if he or she is an artist, while having a dialog with the genuine artists on the local humanistic and cultural features. In the leisure time, he/she can also take a cup of coffee and stroll through the walkways inside the forests here, while learning about the planting, harvesting and baking of coffees, and about the different flavors of coffee produced in various places.
In addition, the SWCB has integrated the resources from the central government and the local authorities to offer subsidies to the industry cultural activities held here. From October each year to February next year, this agency would sponsor ceremoniously the HuaTian Wedding Serial Activities in the Tunghsiao Town, which can cross-link and combine all recreational spots in this area. Conducted on such occasions would be a series of amusing events such as photography, color drawing, music concert, creative wedding dress show and walk & treasure hunting, which allow those civilians with interests to have more diversified participation and novel experiences.

Ceramic Art Studio Experiencing the Literary Aesthetics
Both the natural ecosystem and the historical humanism and culture are completely preserved in the Dafuxing area of the Tunghsiao Town, where a lot of ceramics artists have stationed for artistic creations. school of this town, where he has called for the participation of small children by themselves. In this project, he has adopted the theme of sea world in the design of the lavatory and created his own ceramic arts & crafts in the form of lavatory facilities so that those small children can be more encouraged to maintain and preserve the tidiness of this building actively and spontaneously. Besides, these junior brothers and sisters have been arranged to assume responsibility for the proper maintenance and preservation of this facility. Such interactive landscape projects have now begun to take effects in this community, where all residents would altogether take part and make decisions in the community events and construction, and every significant decision can be put into practice only subject to the 100% communication and approval of the community representatives.
